Arrival – Departure – Booking

How long do I have to arrive? / When do I have to leave the campsite area?

If you are bringing your own tent or caravan you can arrive anytime between 8 am and 9 pm and the departure must also take place during this interval. If you made a reservation for one our stationary caravans, they can be occupied from 2 p.m. and must be left by 10 a.m. on the day of departure, if the guest fails to do so by the indicated time, they are obliged to pay an additional 1 day’s accommodation fee.

How to leave

When paying, please pay attention to the opening hours of the reception. The guest is obliged to pay for all the services used, the reception issues an itemized invoice for the amount, we are not able to repair the services not used afterwards. In case of cancellation of a service paid in advance on the spot, we will not be able to make a refund.

Forgotten, erroneous bookings

If your booking is deemed to be unclear or has been filled out incorrectly and you do not respond to our request within 3 days, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

Use of kitchen, sanitary block

Order and cleanliness

In the common kitchen, please pay attention to the cleanliness and clean up the mess left over after you are finished with food preparation.

Using common fridges

Please place a card with YOUR NAME on your items, otherwise they will be removed.

What's in the common kitchen?

Two gas stoves, three fridges, two freezers and a microwave, which can be used by all campers.

Use of a water block

There are several sink spaces available, which we also ask you to try to keep clean!

Rules for pets

Can I bring a pet with me?

Yes you can , but we are not a quote on quote dog friendly camping. Dog owners are obliged to clean up after their pets, as well as not to bring them into the campsite hygiene facilities (toilet, shower, kitchen, etc.).

What are the rules for pets?

Dogs should always be kept on a leash, if you do not want to do that, or you have other small pets (birds, cats etc), please bring a portable kennel and keep your pet in it. They are not allowed to freely run around the campsite area, so we can avoid any conflicts and inconveniences with other pets or guests!

Where can the pet stay during the nights?

In our two caravans (Princess, Burggraf) the presence of pets is allowed. Here they can stay in the front tent of the caravan, in a kennel. In other places, only with a short leash, making sure that they do not get into conflict with other pets!

Setting fires, grilling, baking

Where can I light a fire?

Fires may only be set in the marked areas of the campsite, and only for the purpose of cooking or baking. The fire must always be extinguished at the end of the program!

What's available for it?

There are two fire pits available at our campsite.

Barbecue, skewering, meat frying for which we can provide skewers and cauldrons.

Transport, smoking, waste management

By car in the camping area

The maximum speed limit in the campsite area is 20km/h.

Please complete any activity that may disturb the peace of others by 10 p.m., and keep car traffic to a minimum, and turn down music after this time.

Smoking

Smoking and entering with shoes in installed caravans is PROHIBITED.

Smoking in the campsite area is PROHIBITED. Except in designated places.

Waste management

In our campsite, we pay special attention to environmental protection, we carry out separate waste collection, we ask that the garbage be placed in the designated waste bins according to the inscriptions.

Lost items

We are NOT responsible for the values abandoned in the campsite area! Post-mailing is not possible. If we find it, we will keep it for a week, there is an opportunity to come back for it.

Material damage, property protection

The campsite is not liable for damages to the guest’s property or for the disappearance of objects left unattended and free. The campsite shall not be liable for damage caused to third parties. The campsite is not responsible for elemental and storm damage (hail, tree fall, falling branches, etc.).
