  • Kultkikötő (https://kultkikoto.hu/) Cultural programs in several towns on the southern shore of the lake.

  • Kulipintyó: The former holiday home of the Széchenyi family, now it’s a local history museum, an archaeological exhibition and a hunting memorial corner for Zsigmond Széchenyi. Admission is free. ( https://balatonfoldvar.info.hu/hu/muveszet-kultura/kulipintyo-villa )

  • Hajózástörténeti múzeum: you can learn about the history and culture of sailing and sailing on Lake Balaton in this interactive exhibition. From the lookout tower and the terrace of the café there is a wonderful view of Lake Balaton. ( https://balatonfoldvarikilato.hu/ )

  • Who killed Charles Heltai? detective tour in Balatonföldvár. Walk through the city through a game and get a gift after deciphering it correctly! The worksheet can be purchased at the TourInform office in the center of Balatonföldvár.

  • Celtic tour of the city, a free tour that reveals the historical past and culture of the city with the help of signs posted in the settlement, is about 6.6 km of 3-hour tour.

  • Park Forest, a few minutes walk from the camping, begins the Park Forest, which is a wonderful hiking trail at the end with an exceptional panorama of Lake Balaton.

  • Farmers Market welcomes those who love local, artisanal delicacies every morning from 7:30 to 13:00, right next to the train station.

  • Kvassay promenade: named after Jenő Kvassay, who was the designer of the port.

  • Chapel of Our Lady of Carmel Hill: in the higher part of the former Celtic earth castle you can walk into an oak grove to the oldest chapel on the south coast, built in 1896.
